Be Happy, Feel Beautiful
Britain’s Prince Harry will be spending some time on the West Coast in early October to take part in a helicopter training exercise known as “Exercise Crimson Eagle.”
During the training program British military will be working on Apache helicopters in El Centro, California. This area of California is being used due to its similarity to terrain in Southern Afghanistan, where Britain currently has troops stationed.
The program will last 12 weeks and only allows 48 hours of downtime, during which Prince Harry and his team will spend time in Las Vegas.
“The course doesn’t have much downtime; it’s pretty intense. This is a chance for the pilots to let their hair down, kick back and enjoy themselves,” a military source said according to U.K’s Sunday Mirror.
Britain’s bad boy, who just finished vacationing in Croatia, will head to Vegas during the halfway point of the training operation.
According to a July 19 report on VeteransToday.com the prince will be returning to duty in Afghanistan later in the year. With only three months left in the year there is no word yet on an exact date. The last time the prince was in Afghanistan he was removed for his own safety and the safety of the troops he was serving with when his location was revealed by the media.
But before Harry returns to duty he will get to spend those 48 hours in Sin City. With bars, clubs and other V.I.P entertainment available to him, how will this red-haired rebel spend his R and R?
The rumors are abundant, but one thing is for sure: it will be wild. And the paparazzi are sure to be there, too.
