Strawberries:With over 600 varieties of strawberries on the earth, you won’t have to look hard to find this red and juicy health booster. Like most berries, strawberries are high in antioxidants. So what makes strawberries unique? Because of their powerful antioxidant capacity, strawberries help protect our brains from age-related mental debility. Like blueberries, strawberries also reduce degeneration of the eyes, and are a great source of potassium, fiber, B vitamins, vitamin C, omega-3 and fatty acids among many.

Acai Berry:OK, so this one is not as easy to find as most berries, but it is worth the search. The benefits of acai berry can be summed up in two words…Healthy Skin. These antioxidants, smooth face lines and wrinkles formed when your skin loses elasticity. According to Sarah Wilson, an expert in nutrition from the Princess Grace Hospital in London, rubbing berries on the injured skin will tighten the tissue so that helps constrict blood vessels and reduce bleeding.
